Please search this location online and view the photos for reference. The all first parking lot (outside) adjacent to the building is where you’re supposed to place the large 26’ trucks at after hours. Small vehicles only go adjacent to the building on the west side, same location as the drop key box. There are no signs that could help clarify this. All call centers should have pictures of all pickup and drop off locations, and be familiar with them, so they can understand what a customer pulls up to. Have the reps take pictures from across the street, all angles of the building, and close ups, so they could share on their websites, and Google / iPhone maps. It’s like when military units go on dents, we look at the lessons learned and old photos so we know what to expect in advance. Also, that same dirt lot, who owns it, please let me know? That empty dirt lot, adjacent to the U-Haul and the Apollo Restaurant, the entrance on the southwest side, closest to the drop key box, has a large hole where your vehicles drops, causing damage to my vehicle. Today my vehicle started leaking and started overheating. The auto mechanic called me back and said I need my radiator replaced, which cost me $1,399 plus tax, even with a military discount. The day I dropped it off, going over the driveway, I heard a large bang after the sudden drop. My neighbor checked the vehicle undercarriage and saw a new dent. Now I’m paying for it big time.

Darlene Alater hours of operation and convince of dropping off equipment. I dropped off moving blankets in truck I rented and returned last night. I'm just now leaving copy of rental and key into drop box
James SBrenda provides excellent customer service. Location just a little too tight for in and out.
HAROLD PThey did not open on time and were closed at lunch time. I said I would return the truck about lunch time and that would have been a good time to let me know that they close for lunch. Otherwise, it was a great place and friendly.
GEORGE SIt took over an hour to check me in (8:30am-9:30am) when I HAD reservation for 8:30am.They said my contact phone numbers had to be verified. I have rented from you many times and this has never happened. Also I wasn’t aware that the drop off location would be closed upon my return, so it didn’t know where to leave/park the trunk! I’ve never drop off at a CLOSED facility before so I had to leave it parked outside of the security gate. They never said they would be closed they said to return by 9:15am the next day and I assumed they would be there. I sat there waiting (from 9:00-9:30am) for them to open up the gate wasting valuable time! It was such a big confusion for me!!! :( Should have been told they were CLOSED on Sunday!
