My husband did the pick up and drop off and the communication with the associate was subpar leaving my husband frustrated. I don't know if this would be the experience of all personnel. We rented a trailer and within an hour on our drive (which was a 2 hour drive), we got a flat on the trailer. We tried calling the closest U-haul company but they referred us to the invoice which has a tow truck repair company. This required some fill in the blanks to get help and once that started to work, we were in their system. It took the repair tow truck driver 90' to get to us and took 10' to fix the flat. We were thankful we had air conditioned cars and plenty of gas. We did have to drive about 15' each way to buy drinks. For a Monday morning, this seemed like a long time. Everyone was professional and helpful once we were connected to the right people and things were in motion.

Didnt really interact woth anyone. Did night drop. Had to leave appliance dolly in back of uhaul without a lock because we were given no key for it at pickup.

There was a little debris such as grass and dirt in the back of the cab, the oil change light was on and low windshield wiper fluid. Overall the service was great because the agent was kind and patient with figuring out my needs.

Vehicle had over 166,000 miles on the odometer and the ride was 'interesting' - but it all worked and I got my daughter moved. Thanks!

I would have rated them higher but I have been there twice and both times they had login or system issues with UHAUL which made it tough to check in and/or check in trucks. Not sure that is their issue or UHAUL's but the fact that it's happened on my last 2 rentals make me want to consider using a different rental company....

Really easy book and very friendly staff! Had some difficulty locating the store. as there were no obvious signs stating where the U-Haul entrance was, other than seeing the various vehicles around.

The A/C stopped working, after 5 minutes of driving and then loaded. My only option really for time rental and my day is to push through.

The truck was dirty ! And the said the tag so we keep coming in saying we couldn’t find are truck …. Because we thought it was the license tag ! A. Little crazy ! But they were really nice ! And we loved Nelson ! Great customer service…. I except for the tag ! lol And great customer service is all that matters to me me and a clean truck !

Ali, the individual working the day I went to pick up my trailer was extremely helpful. I unknowingly rented a trailer to small, and he helped me switch to a bigger trailer with ease. He also allowed me to change my drop off point with no hassle. Ali has a very patient and calm demeanor that serves him well for the work responsibilities he is responsible for.

Ensure you have clean furniture pads in the truck as ordered in advance. I had to wait for the pads which had been used and were still covered with moving tape.

This isnt something to improve, just saying thankyou to the employee that helped me ensure I had the trailer hooked up right. It was my first time renting a trailer and I wasnt sure it was linked correctly.

I dropped off the Uhaul truck after hours so I can can't really speak to the cleanliness or the staff but it won't let me leave it blank. Everything went smoothly though!

First place after two other locations failed to provide the contracted reservation. West way location on South Seneca did not have a fully operational truck so I was transferred to the one on West Kellogg ave. Went to pick up and their truck; would not start. Transferred to advanced packaging where I was finally able to get the reserved vehicle as promised. Wasted approximately two and a half hours.

The female employee that helped us check in the 15’ truck was really helpful and honest work ethic. However, when i checked out/returned the truck i was improperly charged for fuel of $10.35 total when i was actually returned with same exact fuel i had on the day checked in!! Cindy the manager had helped me and verbally stated she returned the overcharged of $10.35 after i showed her the proof of the gas/fuel i had refilled for the truck!! Today, 11/17 Cindy around 10:15 stated due to her computer error she not able to print out the proof of she would returned the $10.35 money back to me. I am taking on her word and trust to wait to see the return money back in my bank account. Otherwise i will have to come back and talk to the manager again.

Truck was filthy. Passenger visor was broken and hanging down obscuring some vision for the driver and a lot for the passenger. Transmission sounded awful!
