I rent trucks from you 2-3 times a month. Usually I am very happy. On this occasion the truck had 1/4 tank of gas. At leaving it said 62 miles to empty. This was inconvenient as I couldn't even make it to my destination without stopping for gas. Upon returning the truck to you the Gauge said 61 Miles to empty. You charged me for 4 gallons of gas. 30 bucks. For 1 mile discrepency???? I ordered 6 moving blankets. I used 2 and the others were never touched. They were still in the bag. Looks like you charged me for a moving blanket. The 2 I used were in the truck. Please e mail back a resolution as this type of business makes me hesitant to use uhaul when there are many other options around.

Michelle H.The assigned truck was not present in the parking lot when I arrived, despite my being there at the scheduled time. This required me to speak with a representative at the location, who then had to pull the truck around from a locked, gated area of the complex. Additionally, the box compartment of the truck was dirty when received, with a pile of dirt left in one corner and patches of dirt over the rest of the floor.
