Drop off location was incredibly confusing to locate at night (accidentally went to the storage area which is separated by a different business). Better signage for that and the key drop off (that one was mostly me not being observant) would be appreciated.Tyler B.

The fuel tank gauge was not working properly when we filled the gas tank. We had to return it at half full and the gauge stuck so we didn't know how much we were putting in. I made some guesses at 10mpg, but the gauge did not show enough. I put in 12gal more and no movement. Then after driving we were nearly full. I think vehicles should be full when rented so the guess work goes away. I gave away $56 of fuel. Doesn't seem right.Jack H.

We had to shovel the snow ourselves to get the truck out. The paperwork I was given said the gas tank was half full....it was not. The truck was driven less than 60 miles. I put $40 worth of gas in the tank. That put it back where it was when it was picked up.Lisa J.

We had to stand outside in the cold to process the paperwork. Presumably due to COVID-19, but, we had masks in and should have been allowed in the building. Perhaps, you could erect a plastic shield wall for the employee if that is still a concern. Also, our rented vehicle had an unexplained shaking about it that made us nervous during the drive.
