This experience has been the WORST I have ever experienced. There was dog hair EVERYWHERE in the truck so much that it was flying around and no windows were down and drops of blood on BOTH seats and on both seat adjustment handles. I asked the rep for cleaning supplies MYSELF just to clean seats.after the rep told me he had just moved the truck...WOW. Total filth

Armand BThe pick-up location is not at the listed address. No one answered the phone at the listed address during posted hours of operation. Very frustrating pickup process.
Lucinda BThis location was not where I made the reservation for. U-Haul changed stating the location I chose did have a truck for me. Then I had to drive almost 30 minutes away from my house and passed 2 different U-Haul locations to pick up my truck. It begs the question, why do you even bother to take reservations?
Hayes TDropped truck off at 2pm Sunday was credited with dropping off Monday morning followed procedure on phone on site.
