The location was fine, the agent did everything he could for me. When I arrived the check engine light was on the truck I was going to rent. He tried to find me another truck but was unable. He then contacted uhaul and they said I could use the truck as it was with the check engine light on. The truck worked OK, I would like to thank the agent for all he did to help me out.Neil S.

I thought it was only $19.95 in town. I rented the truck had it for about 6 hours only went from one city to the next and it cost me $150.00 it cost nothing that was advertised. I was ripped off I rented from u-haul before and it was the price advirtsed but not at this location.LaTana G.

There only a few spaces for customers checking in or checking out .Parking is very difficult when people return their trucks and park right behind the customer parking causing fear that you may hit them.Martin J.

I can't remember the gentleman's name that assisted me but he was very helpful and informative. If this review matters you can probably look up the employee that helped me and give him a payed day off or a small bonus. When I arrived I asked the attendant how much it would be to return the drunk at a location closer to my home, as this was in Avondale and I live in north phoenix. He replied it would be double the rate. $39.95 When I drive up to cave creek to return the truck they slapped me with a bill over 300$ and I was shocked. Had to drive all the way back down to Avondale in the very late evening after a full day of moving. Getting charged more for miles than originally anticipated because of the extra driving and had to put in more gas. I just hope everyone can get on the same page in the future. After scheduling an over night 24/7 pickup, I arrived at the location, went through the electronic process, received a lockbox code and Boom... upon opening up the box, NO KEY!!! I then waited on the customer service telephone line for over 45 minutes just to talk to someone. Horrible Customer Service.Alberto A.

My truck was not available at 8AM, like I reserved it for, and the place didn't open until 9. After speaking to several customer service people they said my truck should be waiting I just needed to look around. I talked for approx 35 minutes to various people, and the district manager Brian ended up speaking to me, and the lady showed up 10 minutes early. She said it was an error on the "traffic" side of Uhaul, that they told her I had changed my mind. After she showed up, it was easy to get because she opened the gate to the locked storage area where the truck was. Super frustrating.Tonya M.

Uhaul.com is poor at best. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to pick a truck at a closed location for 3 days without notice. Had to get the reservation moved to the Avondale location from Tolleson.Rhett L.

Hired a moving men off your web site. Could not start ar 9 am so we agreed to 11am. At 1050 I receive phone call there vehicle broke down trying to get someone else out the. Received a phone at 1153 am saying they are 15 to 20 minutes away. I want to the gate to let them in no one was there. I called military movers ar 1230 and he told me that they were there I asked where because I was in front of gate to let them in but no one was there. So I canceled my job with military movers llc and i was given an attitude and he got load with me. U haul is were I got them from and they were no help. There on your website you should help your clients out if they are using someone off your site also they should not get paid until they get the job done. I paid them in full on sunday ,the confirmed on monday that they would be there at 11. Spoke to him again on tuesday morning I text him the address and asked him are we still set for 11 am he said yes sir. I had to miss 2 days off work if I don t work I don t get paid. So for that reason alone I will not use any of your services you offer on your site and I will not use your company in the future. If you would read there reviews they have an issue with not showing up that are written on u hauls reveiw page.Robert G.

The truck was closer to empty or like 1/8 tank and when I got it it said the truck had about 3/8 tank. I had to get gas and the gas gauge wasn't working right with the needle moving up as I got gas so I actually over paid and left the truck with a quarter tank of gas. 1/8 to much gas. I can't get that money back.Shaun T.
My only issue is with uhual and not the location. The cost per mile is high in my opinion. It added significantly to our overall cost.Chris S.

Truck was a high mileage worn out vehicle. Worst I have ever rented. Air conditioning was broken, steering worn out front end shakes at 55 MPH and the brakes were grinding.RONALD C.

Due to the the location and how the property is situated, there probably not much that can be done; but having an easier spot to park when returning a Uhaul after hours. The current setup is somewhat difficult if people are not parked within the lines correctly/not pulled up far enough on the longer trailers due to the awkward turn radius of the vehicle and how sharp the turn needs to be to make it around everything.jade Y.

Friendlier customer service and at least a clean windshield. I think the vehicle should start out with a full tank of gas for those who use it for a longer distance. Less than a half a tank of gas.....have never seen this before and have rented vehicles several times. Passenger handle was not secure to doorPaula G.
