The office staff was extremely rude, the units were getting broken into because they refused to secure the unoccupied units leading to them attacking and harassing customers who were doing nothing more than attempting to have their items appropriately sorted and repacked in order to reclaim some of the packing containers for other projects due to perceived appearances and differences in abilities.

They were closed when the vehicle was dropped off but on my finalized paperwork they stated that they did not get the vehicle until 4pm Saturday when it was dropped off around 6pm on a Friday!!!

I drove from Gallatin, TN to Bowling Green, KY. Less than an hour. After unloading the vehicle it would not start back up. I could not deal with calling for assistance due to needing to be at work. I wanted to return it on the way to work but was unable to. The next available time for me to return the vehicle was an hour after the return time frame. I would like your company to consider reimbursement for the added day considering the vehicle have me trouble. If not at least look the vehicle over before giving it to another person, only to leave them stranded somewhere.
