DAVID WThe location is I the middle of nowhere and signage was very poor. I was met by a young woman who directed me to a back lot and told me to back it in to a spot, which I did. I detached the chains and asked her how to get the hitch off and she said how did you put it on. I said I didn’t, they did at the rental location. She said you have to lift it off. She watched as I struggled to awkwardly lift it off the hitch. She then asked in a way that felt judgmental “should I go get someone to help”? With my manhood insulted, I straddled the tongue of the trailer and lifted with the kind force that causes hernias and detached the stupid trialer. I then yelled to her that I had it under control. She walked away, unimpressed, and dismissively mentioned that she marked the trailer as returned. I drove away mystified as to how such a company stays in business. If U-Haul as a company were a body, these two locations would be the arm pits on a hot day.

frank aThis location is virtual only and you can’t just drop off equipment and expect someone to check it in. They only pop in once every one or two weeks. Wish I knew that beforehand.

Corey GWas charged 2 after hour service fees. One for the traler and one for the truck. They were both returned on scheduled day, business was closed and keys put in drop box. Gates are locked and could only park vehicle outside fence by the road. I will not use them again.
