We thought it was strange that when we mentioned that there was no oil in the truck (it was barely hitting the bottom of the dipstick), we were told that the maintenance wasn't their responsibility and to depend on the roadside assistance (we picked it up at an automotive repair shop). We didn't have any problems with our move but the next people picking up arrived just as we were leaving. I'm hoping they don't have a problem. Everything else was excellent though.
