So I choose to use UHaul if I am moving. Never had a problem before. The Gentleman at AIM didn't ask for ID or Drivers licence or anything, actually I don't think he said a word to me. Anyways I know the drill about filling the fuel tank so that's exactly what I did. Problem is it's obvious the person renting this truck before me did not fill the tank. I travelled 18 km that day to move my daughter and the pump charged me
Sherri SI was forced to use this location even though it was 50 blocks away from my desired location. The truck that I was given had an active engine light, and no gas cap. The location's parking lot very uneven.
David CIt took almost an hour to get approved. I had scheduled for 12 and didnt get my Uhaul until 1. No agent answered the chat either
Darius HWe thought it was strange that when we mentioned that there was no oil in the truck (it was barely hitting the bottom of the dipstick), we were told that the maintenance wasn't their responsibility and to depend on the roadside assistance (we picked it up at an automotive repair shop). We didn't have any problems with our move but the next people picking up arrived just as we were leaving. I'm hoping they don't have a problem. Everything else was excellent though.
