HAITHAM MThe truck location was switched at the last minute and then when I went to pick up the truck, I had added a dolly to the order and they did not have one. So I had to send someone across town to the original location to pickup a dolly and then spent close 1 hr trying to get the dolly because there systems were not working.. should have gave us the dolly rental for free..

Adam LHorrible customer service. Person at the counter in the morning was so rude and it’s my second time picking up at this location in the morning with same person and he is same rude and unrespectfull. He said we can only rent for 4 hours or 6 hours but I put 24 hours in my order as I wasn’t sure if we will be able to finish moving same night before store closing. When I asked why only 4 or 6 hours he was not answering just rolled his eyes on me and said something about extra charges. When he learned that a woman will be driving he added insurance coverage for a truck without even asking me or telling me about extra charges of money. I just saw on a receipt and came back, I asked about it and all he did is laughed at me and said I will need it if I got in an accident. I haven’t seen so horrible service ever! Will keep telling everyone to never go to this location for rental only if you want to be treated as a piece of.. Not even that but he is just talking on the phone by a video call each time while I’m at the counter, while he is holding my personal information as driver’s license or a credit card. Worst experience ever.
IRYNA KI booked the rental at another place including some furniture pads. On the previous day, the system reallocated my reservation to this place. Unfortunately, the owner did not have the furniture pads prepared. BTW, there is an interesting thing. After the automatic reallocation from the U-Haul system, the owner at this place received an order with my reservation number, pick-up and drop-off information, but amazingly with the name/phone number/email address of someone else I don't know. That is any error from the system.
JIAQI LI understand that the contract is binding upon signing. But I wish that the convenience store owner who rented us the truck explained the charges more in detail. It makes sense to have a mileage/gas charge, but the store owner made it seem like it was based on time usage. We had the truck for under 30 mins, and expected to pay around $20-30. But I ended up with a $60 bill. The item that I was transporting was only worth $25. The store owner is a nice older man, but English is not his first language. He asked us to come behind the counter to fill in details ourselves because he did not understand us. When we returned the vehicle, he said that he would give us a discount since we had the vehicle for under an hour. We did not receive a discount. When I came back to his store after seeing the charges on my bank statement, he told me that there was nothing that he could do, and to contact uhaul directly. He also asked me if I spoke Arabic. When I contacted uhaul, they said that I could not dispute the charges. Had the various fees been properly explained to me, I would have gone to Home Depot instead, where their pricing structure is up front and clear (flat fee per 4 hours).
Heather RTerrible location in London. Employee knew nothing about the 20ft. U-Haul that I rented. All he did was take the mileage on it, put a sticker on the door and said when you get to your location have the gas to the half full that you started with. The U-Haul drove great, I will be renting it again for the end of October. Also I had requested a dozen blankets however this location had no blankets available.

Mike WI refused the insurance to find out the guy charged my account. I have lodged a dispute as I guess to uhaul policy that is the only way I could to get my money back I had to wait as he served like 10-15 customers in between doing the rental the pictures the location has for the truck are extremely inaccurate the pictures posted on the website that you need to confirm are from when the uhaul was purchased they are not up to date and that’s misleading. I rented the vehicle for 8 hrs not even the whole day
Kagni BI booked a truck weeks in advance, at a pick up time of 0830h. The store owner called me at 2300h the night before to say he’d be there at 0900h. No one should be calling at that time. I didn’t answer and he proceeded to text me about the time change. I responded saying it was “not cool” and it was too late to be telling me this. He said I can book whatever time I want he’d be there at 0900h. It’s less about the half hour time change, and more about the terrible customer service of communicating this so late at night. Addionally, the store owner over marketed the gas in the van despite my discussion with him prior to leaving. I drove less than 50k, and put 15 litre back in the truck, which probably overfilled the mark, and he still charged me extra fuel costs. It was only 10 dollars, but I felt that between his behaviour the night before, and not marking the gas where we discussed this was a very poor experience, and would not recommend U-Haul continues to work with this store.

JOHN KI had made arrangements to pick up the vehicle at 7 am with mobile checkout. upon arrival, there was no lock box with keys and no way to access the vehicle until the store opened at 830 am. Incredibly frustrating and changed our entire day....we weren't able to finish our tasks.
Luke LI would definitely recommend this location to people but i rented the uhaul for 24 hours and it cost over $100 even after refilling the tank.
JACQUELINE MRented a truck from a dealer knowing what the price of the truck and assumed the mileage of the trip. I didn't travel far and when I was finished I noticed a really high charge card. Went back to the store to drop the truck and asked about the charges. Was made aware that I was charged for a dolly and blankets that i didn't ask for nor use. I talk to a guy about it but was still charged for it. Not really impressed and will never go to that location again.
Kris BWhen I returned my equipment, the sales person closed the store early and later showed up after I waited. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t want to open the store and cash register and for us to handle the return the following day. He gave me his number and said he would call me when he was ready for me to come. Next day at noon he calls and I show up. He processes the paperwork and when I revised the receipt I notice he charged me extra money. I return to tell him his mistake and he blames it on me that I had the U-Haul truck for two days! This place is ridiculous. I will never rent from here ever again! No wonder this place has a bad reputation!
