JOHN KOEHLERI had made arrangements to pick up the vehicle at 7 am with mobile checkout. upon arrival, there was no lock box with keys and no way to access the vehicle until the store opened at 830 am. Incredibly frustrating and changed our entire day....we weren't able to finish our tasks.

JACQUELINE MALCOLMRented a truck from a dealer knowing what the price of the truck and assumed the mileage of the trip. I didn't travel far and when I was finished I noticed a really high charge card. Went back to the store to drop the truck and asked about the charges. Was made aware that I was charged for a dolly and blankets that i didn't ask for nor use. I talk to a guy about it but was still charged for it. Not really impressed and will never go to that location again.
Kris BoyerWhen I returned my equipment, the sales person closed the store early and later showed up after I waited. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t want to open the store and cash register and for us to handle the return the following day. He gave me his number and said he would call me when he was ready for me to come. Next day at noon he calls and I show up. He processes the paperwork and when I revised the receipt I notice he charged me extra money. I return to tell him his mistake and he blames it on me that I had the U-Haul truck for two days! This place is ridiculous. I will never rent from here ever again! No wonder this place has a bad reputation!
