Actually use real people instead of this stupid ass app, had to go 3 different locations to get my Truck while having a reservation 3 days prior. None of the codes worked to get my key at the first 2 locations and customer service had me driving all over just to get a truck when the first two places had what I needed in stock in the first place. Added 3 hours to my day and cost me an extra $200 get a vehicle

johnson aI had a partially flat tire I discovered the day after I picked it up and only going 1 mile. I think it was missed in their pre rental inspection (or lack of inspection). I then had to tie up a couple of hours if my precious loading time to resolve that issue.

ERIC TI was told I had roadside assistance and if I got a flat tire and had to get it replaced due to being in a remote area, get it fixed and I would be reimbursed. When I got to the drop off location they told me I didn’t have roadside coverage.

ANTON ANothing at all, when we came to this location it was the wrong one, we had reserved at another location. The rep was able to quickly identify she had equipment available and got us back out the door within minutes.

Tom d | Overall ExperienceThe only issue is that I was supposed to get the one month free storage rent but this facility is not one of those that is qualified for it. The Uhaul office in Bakersfield, CA., set me up for the one month free storage to this facility, but when I got there it turns out that was not the case. So I paid the prorate of the remaining days of the month and was going to stay and pay for another month. Other than that, no fault to Air Base Mini Storage at all, their service was outstanding.

When we unloaded our U-boxes over a few days, there were U-haul trucks and other vehicles parked in the space between the storage units so we could not even drive our car with the U-box trailers through or even close to the indoor storage door so we had to carry or hand cart our stuff, including some very heavy furniture, 10 to 15 feet just to get to the door of the indoor storage building. We did have a better experience on taking our stuff out, as the vehicles blocking the roadway were gone and the female office staff was busy but helpful. We found a closer climate controlled storage with more accessible space in another local facility.

I had absolutely no damage to any of my belongings, other than the typical spider webs when I opened the door. Easy access getting in and out and security gate to get in and out. I will store my belongings here if needed in the future I’m still in shock…..7 years and not one mouse or any damage, WOW!! Everything was perfect as the day I moved everything in! 🙂

Unfortunately someone was able to obtain either the code or had a code and was able to bypass my locks and enter my storage unit without question remove items and replace items. I paid my balance in person in cash and did not share with anyone that I had a unit there because of the same situation in a previous storage facility. 4, Not always friendly but they did there job. 5. Yes because outside of my personal experience it may not be the same for others and the facility for the most part is acceptable but I would however share with them what I had experienced.
