I know I was 3 and half hours late, my order was 12pm to 530 pm. Returned it at 9 pm. Why was I charged 39.95 2 times when the rental was 19.95.

The reason I am giving this location 5 stars is primarily because of the front desk representative Chris who manages this location and provided excellent customer from the moment I walked in until I walked out. I found Chris to be engaging, friendly, polite and welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. Because it is a small location, Chris was able to provide the one on one attention I needed that day to resolve some unforeseen truck rental scheduling problems I had and get me on my way. I left feeling well cared for and plan on using this location for any and all of my future U-Haul truck rental needs.
