Low key, simple office with great service. I rented a trailer to tow a lawn tractor, and forgot my hitch. They offered to lend me theirs and told me where to drop it off afterward. Just great service and easy to work with. Well-maintained equipment.

Emmanuel TI book 26 ft truck and car carrier in N Smithfield,RI a month in advence.Day before i was contacted and assure the equipment was there .Show up 1/2 before pick up time ...5 minutes before i receive call the will Not be available .Was told that closes is in windsor Locks,CT ..89 miles away drove to get the truck and had to go N Atlenboro, RI..107 miles on return to place in PA they for 42$ for extra miles driven....worst experience ever.Never again..!!!!

Jeffrey PI was supposed to pick up Uhaul at the Hartford location at 8:00 am, but the afternoon before was instructed to go to Windsor Locks location which was 25 minutes away and at 1:00 pm. Although it worked out, I had to make arrangements with the people moving me. The attendant at the Windsor Locks location was great.

William MNext time get an agent who doesn’t like about verifying my extra contact I gave. He didn’t call my extra contact and said “give another one due to this one not being verified” I said “you didn’t even call to even verify” literally 2 mins later, agent calls and says 2 things and hangs up. Also I don’t like how U-Haul tries to charge you AFTER you drop the truck off. I dropped mine off 2 hours early plus never even used the dolley and they tried charging me an extra $40
