The first gentlemen was nice however there is no counter service I was required to download and use the app even though service was not great. Upon return the worker at the gas station closed the store 5 mins early. When I told him I was unable to complete the return he said sorry call the number this store is closed. I called customer service and was told the wait for someone to answer the phone was approximately 1 hour. After reloading the app and having to take multiple pictures in the dark the app finally let me return the vehicle.

I was siked to find this so close. The person that helped me was great. The rental truck was fine since i only went a very short distance. Tires needed air an another warning light was on. What got me is when I took the van out it was not full of gas. I went about 12 miles and was instructed i had to fill it up or I'd be charged more. That was another $30. Consdiering i had it for maybe an hour, and the rental was $37 dollars, that's pretty obscene. I clearly paid for someone else's gas.

Guys on location did a good job, super helpful. Your App needs to be updated and failed many times- picture uploads. Too many steps I the process.

Pick up location was changed 30 minutes before agreed pick up time but Stacy from Customer service did a great job making sure i could pick up the truck at a different nearby location. I also did not get the lock passkey - fortunately there was another customer who did get it and opened it for me. It would have ben frustrating if that had not happened as it was raining and the key pick up location is not protected from the weather.
