Pick up location was changed 30 minutes before agreed pick up time but Stacy from Customer service did a great job making sure i could pick up the truck at a different nearby location. I also did not get the lock passkey - fortunately there was another customer who did get it and opened it for me. It would have ben frustrating if that had not happened as it was raining and the key pick up location is not protected from the weather.

Nick was great. I had not rented a UHaul before nor had the App. Singh was terrific in person helping out with Nick on the phone making the experience what I expected. Kudos to them both
