The vehicle I was given for my move was not cleaned inside the cab. It was sticky and covered in some sort of spilled beverage, the floors were dirty and the dashboard was covered in dust. I still have not received any sort of acknowledgment.

The lower drivers side mirror was broken which made it difficult to see close traffic on the left side. This absolutely should have been fixed before deeming this vehicle roadworthy. The pickup process through the app did not work also. This was very frustrating. It took an hour at least for us to actually pick up the vehicle after calling the 1800 number. Finally we were able to do the process on a web browser but there were still annoying bugs especially when uploading photos. I would not recommend the 24/7 mobile pickup option to anyone. Very frustrating. We will not be using your services in the future.

Phone pickup and the U-haul app are the worst ever. The app failed to progress beyond taking a self photo. Had to switch to the website which would time out after about 15 seconds while you tried to scan your drivers license. I did NOT receive the moving blankets, but was afraid that if I disagreed with the billing I would need to start again. With the long waits for support or chat, it took an hour to pick up this truck.

Explain where the truck will be located so the customer doesn't have to search for the truck. Make sure the equipment ordered is actually in the truck.

Because of COVID the office was closed and everything was done over the phone. They confirmed some details, took my payment, and told me to hook up to a trailer with a specific number. They didn't explain anything else, tell me how long I had the trailer for, or told me about that I would be getting a text message about looking for damage before I left. I was so busy hooking up that I didn't even notice the text message until it was too late. I asked for help with the hitch while on the phone, right after I paid. The guy came out, hooked me up and walked away. No one helped me check that the lights were working and I was by myself. They weren't working, so I had to call and wait for someone else to come out and help. I recently rented a smaller trailer in Alberta and it was given to me for 48 hours. I didn't ask for that, that's just the way it was. So I assumed this rental was also for 48 hours, as AJ salvage didn't tell me any different. It sure wasn't a 48 hour rental. There were numerous issues with AJ salvage, but the fact they didn't care about safety (helping with the hitch and checking that the lights were working) is a significant concern. Not telling me about the length of the rental or to check for pre-existing damage could have really, really financially impacted me.

Interior of truck cab was dirty. There was a gatorade bottle and napkins in the door and crumbs and other stuff in the storage areas in the dash/console storage areas. Lady that booked me in was very nice and helpful.

Brown wire from trailer to extension is broken and get a bad connection so the light at night may or may not work depending on the connection. Need to disconnect connection to see where the issue is.

Pick up the phone and don't put customers on hold for 30 mins and then disconnect the line before hearing their queries. I couldn't get hold of anybody at U-Haul Saskatoon for 3 days in a row. I booked a 26' and just a day before the move I found out that it's a 15'. They changed it without letting me know. It screwed up all my plans and I had to do two moves just to fix one problem as there weren't any 26' available afterwards. Your customer service at all U-haul locations are very poor.

Useless. No place to pull in to get the trailer, the lady was rude about moving a vehicle to get the trailer. She gave no assistance in setting up the trailer and the instructions wouldn't load properly. Then she left no spot to park the trailer when I was done! Horrible service will never recommend this uhaul dealer.

Terrible service. Tried calling 6times. In total On hold for over 45min and never spoke to anyone. Took over a day to speak to someone. Then they put me on hold again. Was forced to just leave the trailer there. I will never deal with this location ever again. Plus The car hauler was terrible,in rough shape. Plate was hanging off. Chains/hooks broken and bolted together. Must have been bent because it shook my truck the whole time.

The pull to release brake is falling off, and the previous renter left some weird sticky metal baseboards in the truck. However, the service was fast and efficient, and I'll definitely be coming back next time I need to rent a truck!

Difficulty with self check in. Location closed on a Saturday!!! Took close to an hour to get location setting established on cell phone. Help line was satisfactory. No info given re: location of keys. Felt like an escape room which can be fun except when you're on the clock during a moving day. Vehicle was not cleaned. Not cool during a pandemic.

Very friendly staff, and extremely helpful. Tire strap ratchets and hitch needed some oil to work better, but overall very very happy with my rental and will pass on the good word.

Trailer is a bit old and could use a little maintenance but nothing worth complaining about. This location was helpful and courteous with a last minute request, especially with the covid-19 situation persisting. Overall this was a very easy, convenient experience and the equipment worked perfectly well. Thank you!

They don't have experience how to communicate to a Deaf person as we tried to tell them that we can't hear over the phone. They don't have the drop off key at all because they closes on Saturday and Sunday which made us frustrated so I had to make a call to go to another location on Miller Ave.

Clean the trailer, the location was good but it needed a yard as there was UHAUL trucks open and rummaged due to breaking and entering from local riff raff.

It took us about 50 minutes to do the self-serve check out because the app wasn't working on my phone and there was a fairly long wait for phone-in customer service. The vehicle was muddy and dusty inside and out.

Cab of truck was dirty, sunflower seeds, chips on floor and center consul. Grubby old clothes that look like they came of a drug addict on floor of cab as well. Long shelving board left in box. With Covid 19 I expected the cab to be clean

Excellent service considering the circumstances - blizzard and pandemic - phone communication was excellent. Received cargo van clean inside, but considerable road dirt outside - unfortunate that the van could not be washed during winter weather. No moving equipment or supplies available at this location.

Due to unforseen circumstances, we were not available for contact prior to pickup. When we came to pick up the trailer, the business people refused to communicate through the door and insisted it could only be done by telephone. We did not have a cell phone and had to drive all the way home which resulted in lost travel time.

I rented a 5x8 trailer. It was not there when I arrived. The lady working says she phoned to discuss this issue, which she did not. There was only a smaller trailer available that was not there when I arrived. She offered me a van after arguing that a bed will not fit in a smaller trailer. I am not happy with the end result. The contract also says I ordered the insurance which I didn't. I will not be paying for it and if it's charged to my card I will be reporting it.

My pickup was scheduled for Millar Ave in but I along with several other customers were left out in the cold that morning because your main Saskatoon centre people were a NO SHOW. Millar Ave outlet bad, unprofessional, and a discredit to the UHAUL brand.

Uhaul as a whole...would not recommend to anyone mixed up our trucks where we to pick up and spent way to much time to straighten out the mess...AJ salvage I would recomend very fast and know what they are doing.

Pickup was a pretty bad experience. I arrived about an hour late and had to do self-checkin because they were closed. The online check-in showed up as cancelled. Spent the next hour sitting beside the truck on the phone with about 8 different Uhaul staff. I think one of them re-activated the wrong reservation by accident (the one that had me picking it up in Regina, that I'd only gotten a quote on and didn't reserve). The truck didn't have any moving blankets in it either, even though I ordered and paid for them.

It was freezing out and snowing and no one came out to help me hock the trailer up to my vehicle, trailer was frozen to the ground and trailer plug was covered in ice, had to melt it before i could use it
