I think the first question that you asked should be split a two questions. Was the equipment clean is the first question of the second question is is it well maintained. The answer to your first question is yes – it was quite clean compared to the Home Depot vans that are full of dust and debris However, the answer to the question the second question I have to say is no because the transmission or check engine light was on. This shouldn’t be the customers responsibility if everything is well maintained, unless there was an emergency which it usually is not. I assume the fluid is low, but it should be looked into immediately. I’m not sure if there’s another area for feedback so I’ll give you the overall feedback here. On the plus side, there was a van available on Saturday morning when I reserved it Friday night so that was quite convenient. The 2nd+ was that it was a convenient location for me. Only 5 to 10 minute drive away. The 3rd+ was the fact that it was a moving truck instead of a van which offered a ramp and more storage ability. The 4th+ was your Aapp and the ability to manage your reservation and contract in 1 portal. The added convenience of the key drop off and checking the van back in online was a nice plus. On the Minus side, you are expensive compared to some other options. I don’t like the charge per kilometer, but I understand it. However, I think it’s a little too high. I don’t like your policy - whether it’s your own or Uhaul’s in general – regarding filling the tank up to the same place that we got it. I think that’s an inconvenient and antiquated way of being a bit greedy - you will always come out in the plus side because people will never usually not fill it up to the same place - or more - like we did. Another minus would be that the trucks are old and not that automated. I don’t wanna sound entitled, and we did have the conveniences such as air-conditioning and stereo, but there was no power windows or locks, no cruise control, and the truck felt old. I assume it wouldn’t have some of the more modern safety features such as ABS, and other safety features? I think it’s time that Uhaul - and/or your location - updated their trucks. The last minus would be the maintenance of the establishment. We have dealt with this location before because we were customers of the previous establishment - PAL Auto. The main concern/complaint is the parking lot - in particular the ruts. It has been like this forever - just spend some money and either put gravel and/or pave the parking lot. One last comment - as you can see from the pictures and the receipt, we actually gave Uhaul back for 1/2 tank of gas for free. I don’t wanna sound cheap, but I think in these financial difficult times, the escalating price of gas, and the fact that it’s half a tank should be a show of good faith, and I believe be rewarded back financially to the customer… But I’ll leave that with your in your hands Thank you

Parking lot is really rough and poor condition. Poor signage for the drop box and its around the corner from where the trucks are kept. Had issues with the App checking in, needed more than 1 call. Checkout I did not see the drop box then had a long wait on the phone to get rough details.

I reserve online booking but when I go there to pick up key office is closed I didn’t get key then I cancel my reservation but I didn’t get my money back very poor experience first time with uhaul

Got there to pick up the truck. The lady sent me a link, I had to take pictures of the truck and that was it. Bye bye. No going over the contract not even a printed one.
