A/C did not work in the truck. Location is difficult to find due to it being poorly marked. U-Haul sign is small and not easy to see from the road. We thought this was a resident. Once there it was hard to know what exactly to do get the truck.KENNETH A.
I am so upset about this whole experience! Last minute change in location ended up costing me much more money and time than was necessary. The agents I worked with were busy and challenging to speak with. I ended up paying 99cents a mile for my Contract and $89. Worth of gas before I returned it.JEROME T.

Arrived at location, no one was there. Had to go to another location 20 minutes away. The Uhaul representative at the Warner Robins location was able to contact the representative at Hartley Bridge, he said he saw us on the camera, but did not give a reason as to why he did not come out and allow us to get the vehicle at the scheduled time. Had to go back to the Hartley Bridge location to get the vehicle. This put us a 1+ hours behind on our moving time, costing us $160 more in moving labor for missing our first hour. Horrible!Robert M.
Original drop off location, OYO Hotel is NO longer a drop off location and should be removed from the Uhaul website immediately. AKE Holdings was hard to find, but overall OK. Employee actually met me at truck in the rain to expedite turn in process.Thomas P.

It was what looked like a halfway house/was barely able to fit the uhaul into the driveway past cars. Called I think 6 times trying to confirm it was the place- no one answered and voicemail full. I was promised bill adjustment since the Truck I got was over 20 miles that was shown in the contract. The guy used the truck to run the errand to walmart and those miles for charged to me. Kenneth was in touch with me during the rental promising that there will be bill credits but then he disappeared and stopped taking my calls or responding on texts.Gaurav S.
The person who answers the phone is okay , there's not much customers service . The sign is not visible while driving the truck especially for the location where it is . UHaul needs better drop off and pick up locations versus peoples homesdanielle C.

The guy who registered me was completely rude and got super defensive with me and my husband only to text me back and say my bad. Like completely rude and was unwilling to hear anything we had to say but in the end we did nothing wrong. The customer service as far as getting a U-Haul (esp. on a Sunday) was great! I didn't like the "contact-less" service as far as no breakdown on pricing, no one was present when I was dropping off, no receipt, no knowledge of ANYTHING, I was just told to bring $100!! That was unprofessional and a little rude but I didn't complain because it was convenient for what I had to do and I ended up needing it for an extra day. Professional people should show more compassion/concern when people trying to get a service from your profession get inconvenienced too!Latiesha D.

Kenneth was very nice guy and may not have been his fault, I don't know, but false info was keyed in on this truck I just found out when I returned it. You can read more in my return notes. Biggest issue I had when picking up truck was it was literally EMPTY on fuel! I mean EMPTY! The dashboard said I had literally â€œ0â€ miles until empty!! Kenneth gave me $20 to go put in to get me going, I was just praying though I was going to make it to a fuel station to get some fuel! $20 didn't even put me up to 1/4 tank, it was actually right between empty and the 1/4 line. My trip was scheduled from Macon Ga to Knoxville TN, pre-paid 352 miles if I remember correctly, which I believe was a little high since the mileage from driveway to driveway was 285 miles. Read more on my return notes where I'm going with this.....James W.
