Booked 8am-12pm U-Haul people don’t get there till 9am. Didn’t give me the time adjustment. Orders a truck with truck bed, got charged and forced to use a cube truck hella charged me upfront for the inconvenience. Before that guy told me there’s a flag on mys account and he doesn’t know what it is it have to call uhual themselves. They said I had an unpaid charge. Sent them a screen shot that I ALREADY PAID IT AND SENT THEM A SCREENSHOT OF THEM TAKING IT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. Basically said yah well we didn’t get it on our side so you’re still gonna have to pay anyways if you wanna rent. Paid another $80. I reserved my truck online for $52 ended up paying around $382 after charge and other fees. U-Haul annoying ESPECIALLY when you go through the LLC company’s that ARENT actually U-Haul branches

The 10-ft truck pulled to the left. The driver's side visor kept falling off, and the truck cabin was filthy.

The process was fast and secure; however—despite my specific request to leave the vehicle in Escondido (for which I paid an extra $60)—they marked it as a vehicle that needed to be returned to the original location. Consequently, I ended up driving an extra 35 miles—a complete waste of time and money, and utterly exhausting.

No place to put keys when you self check it in. Had to go back the next day and give them keys and they told me most people just throw them in the back of the U-Haul sounds like a legal nightmare to me and very upset that you guys changed my drop off to this location when I picked a main uhaul spot less than a mile away this was awful
