JEFFREY GThe process was fast and secure; however—despite my specific request to leave the vehicle in Escondido (for which I paid an extra $60)—they marked it as a vehicle that needed to be returned to the original location. Consequently, I ended up driving an extra 35 miles—a complete waste of time and money, and utterly exhausting.
