Devante GHaving moved multiple times and rented many a U-Haul, this was the easiest and most pleasant experience. The facility was immaculate and the gentleman who helped us pick up the truck was extremely friendly and thorough. The truck itself was clean and ready for us to use on time. The drop off was also so easy - just park and drop the keys. We did top off the gas and ended up driving less miles than we originally thought so the final receipt was less than anticipated. Will definitely use this location again in the future. Great job U-Haul!
Raymond TWe used U-Haul from this location because of an offer included when we opened our storage unit account. The employees are efficient, friendly and helpful. But, the truck we rented had some steering issues and it was loud. But, it's a rental and it's pretty certain the users are hard on the truck. It was clean, it's just been "well used". The only reason I would hesitate recommending this location is it is a storage unit business and the two U-Haul trucks are available as a courtesy for people renting their storage facilities. We have a couple full-fledged U-Haul businesses in the area and those are the places I would recommend to a friend.

CHAE WThe vehicle had a strong odor of cigarettes and oil gauge was at zero. These should be addressed. Attendant Cory was excellent. The rental was completed here because of available on site parking.
TIMOTHY MThe truck absolutely reeked of weed. Clearly, the previous renter had hotboxed it - there was even visible ash in the cupholders. My helper and I both felt nauseous after driving this truck for just 20 minutes because of the intense amount of weed smoked in the cabin. When a truck comes back like this, it really shouldn't be rented out again until it is fully deep cleaned and the previous renter should be fined heavily.

TONY NThey seem to have no flexibility in returning the truck. They called me when I was only 15 minutes late and I explained I was just getting gas. They said they hoped so because truck was rented for 3pm but Uhaul customer service had already told me it was not rented as I had called to inquire about adding another day. When I arrived at 3pm of course there was no one waiting on the truck so it was unnecessary for me to be pressured and anxious about return. When she greeted me to get truck she said she would have to check if U-Haul was going to charge me a late fee, which I told her I had already spoken to someone and I wouldn’t be. She then said ya good thing no one showed up to get truck at 3 and that she was surprised that U-Haul scheduled them so close together because they usually don’t do that. Her body language and voice made me certain she was covering her tracks after telling me I needed to hurry.
