Now that I've dropped off a second trailer at this location, I understand the layout and lot limitations. It still resembles a junkyard, but the personnel/uhaul rep is courteous and helpful. I do recommend this location, but would like to see uhaul distribute a map of the property showing where to drive in and park before notifying the rep. To drop off the trailer requires a long 300' backup down a narrow alley. This tests your trailer handling skills.

I’ve rented U-Hauls for50 years in Maine, Florida and North Carolina and AA and Dean is the best!

Joel SParking is very limited- we weren’t planning to leave a vehicle and were told we couldn’t anyway so be prepared if that is something you plan to do. Even when we returned, we could only find 1 open spot to park the U-Haul. I use the app to check in and that was fine, but I asked the employee a couple of questions and it seemed like I was inconveniencing him. We had hoped to pick a closer location but this was the only one with the vehicle we needed. Otherwise I would have gone elsewhere.
Liz CAlways a friendly and welcoming staff when doing business there. Once you walk in, they are usually playing Guns - N - Roses with most of the crew head banging and playing air guitar as you walk in. If you’re looking for an over the top experience, go get your U-Haul needs taken care of at Alexander’s Automotive.

MARK LHave absolutely no issue with the location, the employees or the equipment. But damn I was really blown away by how expensive rental has become. You always advertised trucks for 19.99 a day. I rented from 10am to 4:30 the following day and it was almost $240. Absolutely absurd. And that was the small 15’ truck. Hope I never have to move again. Insane! Service from the employees, Great! Pricing is where Uhauls issue is.
