Kind and helpful shop owner here. Parking is sparse but the owner just asked that I leave the truck in the middle so I didn’t have to worry about parking it myself. Helped me a lot! Great interaction and would recommend.

truck has issues. needs an alignment and at least one tire is extremely out of balance. it's like a previous renter hit a curb really hard or something. truck needs work and the parking space between the trees is difficult. I had to have a spotter to back it in across traffic.

Nathan HAs near as I could tell, there isn't a single thing that needs improving. Checking out the vehicle was swift and easy. The truck ran great. They even explained how to calculate how much refueling was needed. I'd wholeheartedly recommend renting from Alexanders Automotive. AAA+++!!!!

Melany MOther locations have given me old loud eqot with lights on everywhere and one the gas tank cover literally fell apart in my hands. This van was clean, quite, and the gentlemen was nice and efficient. Wish I would have been coming here the whole time I was moving!

Mike DThe gentleman that helped me was nice. He was helpful. However, I am a single woman and certainly do not drive trucks for a living. When I turned the U-Haul on, it had a tire low indicator. It said the right rear tire needed inflation. I let him know and he said “not to worry about it. It’s just for the cold weather”. However, throughout my entire ride, that light stayed on, and scared me to death. Plus, I could not see my starting mileage due to the warning indicator staying on. I took a picture of the dash at starting, and a picture at ending. Lastly, I made sure to put the right amount of gas and even went over what the line was when I rented the vehicle. But you all charged me 2 gallons of gas which is completely wrong!

RICKY SWindshield needed cleaning but vehicle was otherwise very clean and well maintained. Very good people to deal with - will definitely rent from again.
Mike ABusy but got the check in and everything done. Felt uncomfortable dropping trailer off after hours because there is no good way to secure the trailer but nothing bad happened and everything worked out fine.
Peter GWe have done two previous (round-trip) rentals from this location and they have always been very helpful and accommodating. We had multiple choices for drop off but specifically chose this location because of previous experiences with them.
Heidi FI was overcharged on my rental by almost double the original amount. I drove the rental van for 42 miles; Alexander’s said I drove it 112 miles. I showed them the mapped out mileage of where I traveled for the two hours I had the van, and they were not willing to consider that maybe an 8 and a 0 on an odometer could be mistaken for each other.
Scott AI stopped by on the Friday before to make sure the two dollies w the 26 ft truck was ready for the next day at 11 am he said it was I got there at 10:30 and no dollies for my move it took us so many more hours carrying all the boxes and furniture without them I had to pay labor way more money! How can you haul expect you to order to dollies ahead of time check on it and rent a 26 foot truck without dollies to move things that was ridiculous. I never getting severely sick that night from trying to carry so many things with the hired help I was paying five people $20 an hour.
