They gave me 42 miles to make a 1 way trip move from Clemmons to Greensboro. This amount of mileage from the dealership to my house, to the place we were moving in greensboro, to the dealership in greensboro according to Google maps was 43 miles. we did have to make a trip and back to pick up a couch in winston (a mere 10 miles each way). When we picked up truck, it did show that the tank was 3/4 full, but by the time we got back from picking up couch (remember 10 miles each way for 20 miles) it was already at a half a tank. I filled it up right before we headed to greensboro, drove 40 miles to greensboro and then a few miles to dealership and amazingly, truck was still showing full. This leads me to believe that the gas gauge may be off, Also when i measured according to Google maps the distance we traveled, it should have been roughly 63 miles yet according to odometer we traveled 72 miles. This makes me think the odometer isn't accurate either. I get that anything mechanical can have equipment that doesn't work perfectly, but when you are charging $1 extra for each mile, it needs to. Same with the gas gauge.
Brandon MAgent refused to provide me with a print out of the receipt. This is by far the WORST moving experience I have ever had (I have moved over 5 times) and it is solely because of the poor management of this company. I hope this review gets seen and I get compensated somehow for this awful experience
Zachary HI can't really respond to this location because we had to drop off the truck after hours because it was a holiday weekend. We didn't interact with any personnel.
