I dropped off after hours, but there was room to drop it off and the lock box was easy to find.

Too many vehicles being serviced, lot was overcrowded, difficult to maneuver through the lot. The trailers were kept in the rear, which was okay. Easy to pull the trailer out. Zero curb appeal to this location, U-Haul branding difficult to see.

Ricky DThe online app was a bit confusing. It required photos of the truck to check in. I had photos but the app was telling me i had to take photos. They were showing on the app as it told me that. I had to get the person there to check me in manually.
JASON HThe gentleman at the counter (and we have rented from him before) has zero customer service skills . He doesn't even look up sometimes when you return your equipment. This location is extremely convenient for us and that is the only reason we continue to use.
