This was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul or any person in customer service ever. I'm filing a complaint with them he BBB along with multiple reviews. The person who handled this was the rudest individual. Lied to me about pricing and mileage, didn't even acknowledge how gross the truck was with left over disgusting food. She never sent me a email with mileage on it. Told me to my face it would be covered 160$ for 200 miles then charged me $70 extra and said it wasn't. She literally was rude and unapologetic. I doubt I'll ever use U-Haul again. How do you plan on fixing the situation?

I'm not going to complain even though the condition was bad it helped me out on short notice. But Battery struggled to start vehicle,oil change was passed due,smelled like roaches

The store clerk was amazing ! The customer service was phenomenal. The process was effortless. The clerk made it an amazing experience. I would recommend this location to the president !!

The agent was 30 minutes late. When I went to recieve my equipment they told me they could only give me 6 furniture blankets. When I went to get my Uhaul there was a homeless person sleeping in thr cab that had left unlocked. I requested someone follow up with me and had never received any follow up. I am extremely disappointed and don't plan on using any uhaul products or equipment in the future.

I was surprised this place was open again for UHAUL this early in the morning last few time we have issue very clean place lady was very nice renting truck was quick and easy then I thought Thank you very much will be back and sent Friend to this location great help !

No one spoke English, or knew what to do. Was there for over an hour. Truck had a lot of unmarked damage , and filthy. Not a safe location.

I arrived to pick up truck and it took 30 minutes. When customer entered i was asked to wait. Then i had to back up 26 ft truck in very tiny area to exit. Before leaving the lady working register informed me the cost of parking my jeep on her vacant property is 10.00. The inside of truck was filthy. Full of rocks and dirt which i swept before using

I left the rented additional equipment in the truck as instructed on the U-Haul app. I asked they clerk at the counter if anything else was needed when I handed her the key. She abruptly told me no without looking up my reservation, so I thanked her and left. She called me 5 minutes after I left asking about the equipment and I let her know it was in the truck. She then scolded me about how I was supposed to bring it inside. Then she hung up on me. It was a bad ending to an otherwise great experience.

This was a gas station with a carwash attached so we were not sure where to park the truck but the lady at the gas station was very helpful.

They did not have some of the materials we wanted to help with our move. No worries. We were refunded for those materials. we were issued a truck with screw in the tire. We notified the Road Side Assistence staff. They dispatched a crew to fix the tire in 30 minutes. The crew did a great job.

Worst U-Haul experience ever. They charged me for 65 miles when I drove only 18. I showed them my photos of the mileage before and after with their truck number and they didn’t believe me. They admitted they did not take a photo of the mileage before my trip. I compromised with her and she gave me $20 for their mistake. SMH. Don’t ever go here.

There is no inspection of vehicle upon drop off other than gas and miles. It makes it unsettling if anything happens to it after drop off.

Had to explain to the check-in person that 7/16 was less than half a tank of gas and not more. Had to carry all 36 pass insider to be counted. Had to take pictures of the fuel level and mileage and bring them inside.

You don’t have a link to extend your rental service I was calling uhaul to extend it and there was always a 45-60 min wait I was contacted by a rude individual named John who said he was corporate who threatened to report the truck stolen and wouldn’t extend my rental like I needed I am very disgusted with the interaction I had with this rude individual he should not be in the position he’s in he should not be dealing with the public and refused to let me speak to his supervisor!!!! I will probably never rent a uhaul again because of this I would like to have someone contact me about this matter now he is harassing me through text saying I owe 139.65 on a promissory note that I did not agree to pay On a positive note the people I rented from were always polite and friendly very good customer service
