No signage for which building to go to, no one in person and had to contact over the phone. Truck was nice but the car carrier was super janky, had replacement cables instead of safety chains which wasn’t a big deal but the problem was the crank to lift didn’t want to work and required a lot of force to operate/was broken on the bottom. Ended up getting it to work, but then the ratchets for the wheel straps were extremely rusted. It was the only carrier the location had unfortunately.
Luke SWhen I picked up the Van it had exactly 30 miles of Gas in the tank. When I dropped it off it had 168 mile left in the tank. I was charged more than what was expected.

Brian FI rent from U-Haul very often. This trailer semed fine until I got to my destination and loaded a truck I purchased. The trailer brakes did not work on the trailer and I had no way to exchange it. The location I rented it from offered me NOTHING as a reimbursement with this bad trailer. I got was thanks for letting us know so we can make sure the next person will be ok... ok so with that logic.. I do not care..? well ok

Ryan DWhen I placed the order I asked for a dolly. When I picked up the truck there was no dolly on board. This caused a major inconvenience and hardship. There was nothing I could do in the moment because the store location was closed at the time of pick up.
