The entire process is tedious and so time consuming. It is such a waste of time. The renter is basically do your job for you. I wouldn’t Rent again this way

I rent from U-Haul very often. This trailer semed fine until I got to my destination and loaded a truck I purchased. The trailer brakes did not work on the trailer and I had no way to exchange it. The location I rented it from offered me NOTHING as a reimbursement with this bad trailer. I got was thanks for letting us know so we can make sure the next person will be ok... ok so with that logic.. I do not care..? well ok

Ryan DWhen I placed the order I asked for a dolly. When I picked up the truck there was no dolly on board. This caused a major inconvenience and hardship. There was nothing I could do in the moment because the store location was closed at the time of pick up.
