LLOYD HThis location was great, except no one was there when we arrived and we had to wait over an hour. But in their defense, they didn’t know we were coming for a truck as we were getting the runaround by U-Haul. U-Haul as a company is horrible. We were sent to four different locations trying to find the truck we had reserved three weeks in advance. Each location said they didn’t know anything about it and referred us back to U-Haul customer service. They would send us to another location and the same thing would happen. All the while we had a moving crew that we were paying while all this was happening. All of the people I spoke with were friendly and professional and definitely sympathetic, but that still doesn’t help when they don’t have a truck for you even when it was reserved well in advance.
SUSAN TNothing to improve - the guy working there was actually what made it all awesome. He was busy with a few other people, but worked me in and had me organized fast and ready to go. Just a great person to have there - give that man a raise! Well-deserved and went the extra step when I returned the tow dolly the next day.

CHARLES PI got overcharged for milage. They didnt have a van so said truck was same price. No it wasn't. Charged more for milage..
LINDA BVery nice gentleman helped us. There was no wifi to connect to, to do early pick up through the app. Rural areas don't always have 5G. The app and in the store, the uhaul website was extremely slow. Both locations mentioned it was an end of the month issue with uhaul. Not ok since so many people move at this time.
VANESSA LI am sorry, I forgot the gentleman's name that I dealt with. He was courteous and just down right nice. I wish there were more people like him. If I were in a position to hire someone, I would snap him up in a minute.

WALTER MThe trailer had a flat i was stuck on the highway for 5 and a half hours then got rained on which got my car wet inside. I would of missed the rain had I wasn't stuck on the highway with a flat tire. I had to tow the trailer back home as all u haul offices were closed by the time I got my car to Kirkland Washington thankfully the shop was nice to stay available for me so I could get it dropped off for repair of the top. I did not get home until after midnight. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a rental!

DOUGLAS YI had called the day before to make sure everything was ready. The gentleman had said I could come in a bit early, and I did so. The truck was ready, he went over using the app for pictures, walked around it with me and pointed out the trailer tow button and some common sense items. Excellent customer service.

WAYNE HAll my experience with U-Haul on both the rental and the return. I apologize for my two accidents. The first one, the closure of I-90 in King County due to the snow issues, allowed 18-wheeler trucks onto to this very narrow road, which blocked the movement. My trailer slid to the side three feet and bumped into the semi-truck. They were at a point that they could not make a turn around a bend in the road. This incident took many hours with no sleep. I had to get to Colorado to close my escrow for the house I was moving to. There was a long section of highway with no rest areas. I fell asleep & hit a car for accident 2. It was unusual, because there was no damage to the U-Haul truck, but the vehicle I bumped tumbled. U-Haul services was very good and greatly appreciated.

STEVEN DAgain, change nothing. Your representative emerged from the office even before I shut off the returning truck. He seemed genuinely interested in my wife's & my evaluation of the vehicle's performance (flawless) & shortcomings (none!). The entire transaction would've been completed in five minutes, had he not patiently answered our questions about the north Olympic Peninsula.

LINDA HOther than a dirty windshield that was fixed at the gas station. I was more then impressed with the new trucks. More then plenty of power, drove like a car. Model I got had no ramp and was fine. It's low enough to get stuff in without hurting yourself. Thank you so much and I'll definitely be using you guys again when I need a bigger truck.

JOHN SThis truck needs serious maintenance. the shocks are bad, tires are worn, it wanders and pulls when you brake.
JEFFERY MThe truck itself was in good condition and clean. However, the key got stuck frequently in the starter. It was a known problem and though the clerk explained how to get the key out, it was really tricky. It is something that needs to be repaired.
LORRIE CThe truck we had, had some concerning noises in first and second gear. We did not have a break down but we were concerned about the noise and did report it to the U-Haul manager Kevin who was great to work with.
