So, let me explain my rating. First, All American Auto was great! They were were quick and helpful. Unfortunately, the first location I scheduled my pick up, in Hope Mills, NC, (Your Way Auto Mart) never showed up, even when one of your reps called them. You should take them off your list!! Overall, the trailer worked fine with no issues. I may never rent from U-Haul again!!
