Easy experience and close to home. The customer service person was great both on pick up and drop off! I only mentioned cleanliness wasn't 100% because the back wasn't really swept out, wasn't really important but since they asked... I did sweep it out once I was done! Anyway, will rent again!

1. They gave me the truck with poor tires (both front), which blew my tire off, just lucky I didn't get into an accident. 2. Fuel is very low when they give it to me; I barely made it to the gas station.

I use this location for all my Uhaul needs! The staff always goes above and beyond to help with whatever I may need. Sometimes they won't have a utility or appliance dolly but I now understand that those come in on trucks. So if none comes in they can't send any out!

I used a trailer for 2hrs and was charged for 2 DAYS! And then when I called the location told me they can’t issue refunds that I need to contact the 1-800 number for U-Haul. Up until getting my receipt and being WAY overcharged I was having a great experience.

Every single thing that happened with this U-Haul from beginning to end was the absolute worst service and experience I’ve ever had in my life. I should have received a significant refund, but only got a little bit back. I was even promised the pickup location would call and give me an additional refund, but the never did.

A uhaul service site and doesn’t have any dolly or straps to go with the truck is pitiful. Wasn’t able to complete my move as I had appliances that had to go up steps so I went and bought my own. Never seen a uhaul location not have a single dolly on sight. Customer service wasn’t great either. Go to Penske

My storage unit 76 was extremely unkempt. All my properties was damaged due to big HOLES in the ceiling and animals enter in damage destroyed all my property over $8,075 damage where I have asked for that estimate amount to be paid to me also they broke into my storage destroyed broken mirrors animals manur/feces all over my China cabinet dressers everything completely smells nasty order of animals waste. They had holes in roof which I have pictures and trying to settle out of courts. The $8,075 check has not been sent to me yet. The two managers Carrie refused to give me the owner phone number and I have emailed them over 4 times to settle and refuse to let me deal with the owner Mr Anderson ONLY!! I’m have the worse experience with them I paid on time every month never missed a payment for over 2 years. So ZERO recommend!!! I will be taking legal actions in no settlement of amount asked. Mr Anderson may contact me by phone or email to mail me the settlement check or forward the settlement check into my account at Fortera Credit union mail to the bank with my name on check to either Hopkinsville or Clarksvile Fortera Credit Union.
