I was told that my credit card would not be charged. Had one vehicle was returned to the shop. They had already ran the charges through my card even though I wanted to pay cash bad customer service is all I can say about that.

MICHAEL DI originally place an order at the Bridgecreast way SW location, went on line and they had listed a 6x12 enclosed trailer, I booked it online. Received a call on the way to calgary( 4 hour drive) that that location does NOT supply or have that trailer at that location. Shocking since online it is listed there as an available unit, was booked and I received a confirmation # and a price. The person on the line suggested i pick one up at the airport location or the NW location, sorry those are not even close to our location of use. I went down a hill and lost connection. Called back a different lady there said we can pick up this trailer size at the SE location at 10 am, the trailer was dropped off at the NW location for some reason. The UHaul representative didn't give a #&*÷, sucks to be you attitude is NOT what you want for your companies front person, just

Steven BThis was my first time renting a U-HAUL and the man who worked the store helped me get comfortable with the entire process including when I returned the truck and had to refuel. The U-HAUL itself was clean and I had no issues with it on the road. Would highly recommend renting a U-HAUL from this location and now I know a reliable place to go to.
Michael HI got charge for more than 10 days when I only used and given back in 2 days within time frame. Owner never explained anything that if there is any rule like this for special location that I need to give back to his same location only. I returned it to another location and that guy helped me to park the trailer as well and tried to close the ticket and could not do it right now and I will close this when my system is Up. and now I received 10 days of rent. Please STOP this scam.

thomas bArrived paid wasn’t given instruction no walk through. Was shown the trailer and that was it. I’ve rented trailers from other uhauls and they walk you through, help you load up. I had to line the ratchet on the car hauler as the maintenance was not done at all. Makes me wonder about the upkeep of the actual vehicles.

Mason J3 marker lights did not work and left turn signal pointed. Out to them was told the lights are just warming up lol seen I was not getting any where with this so I just left with it looked at it a bit seen someone was trying to patch up wires with tape ended up reporting issue to dro off location

Gerardo MRental was great except for trailer hitch was laid across another trailer hitch in the snow and was extremely difficult to access for lifting which resulted in me hurting my leg. I won't be renting from this location again.

He tried to rent me a trailer that had a broken right signal wire on the trailer and then a broken right signal wire on the extender of the four pin. I tried explaining to him multiple times and even showed it to him multiple times and he’s like oh well here just change the extension and like dude didn’t have a fricking clue what I was talking about so I ended up having to move one of your cute bands on my own Detached the trailer on my own hook up and drive away with it all on my own then he power called me like 12 times today because the car got locked onto the trailer. The transmission locked up and we couldn’t get it off and then I was on my way. Told him I’d be there in 1015 minutes and I parked it outside by the other trailers, and then the guy is giving me grief and calling me, threatening me and leaving harassing messages

Josiepet SThe gentleman was nice, although he was talking on the phone in a different language to somebody else with while he’s talking to me during my pick up. All of the computer work was done on a laptop on top of a box sitting on top of a box. He took my information on a stack of papers that I would generally throw in the garbage. Put the key on top of the desk and said that’s it basically totally unprofessional for that location. There should be some sort of little U-Haul kiosk that has the computer in it and you know that you’re in a U-Haul location to pick it up and he should have your utmost attention.
marty hMaintain your vehicles broken muffler ran blowing blue smoke stalled twice on a hill odometer was off by 343 miles !!! That’s a lot of extra mileage to pay for when you didn’t use it!
VANESSA GClerk was in informed and has no idea what to do . Stood there for more then 40 minutes while she was on the phone getting instructions from someone on the phone, didn’t even inspect the unit nor did she come out to see if we even had the connection needed and lights. Over all horrible location but area manager was fantastic and help us to the best of his ability. He was a champion but the location is the worse I will never return there

Len MBe sure the storage area is swept, there was broken glass in the back that my daughter swept out. The front windshield was filthy on both inside and out and I needed to give it a good clean, as were the headlights and mirrors. The dash, and especially below the windshield, was covered in dust and pet hair. Theses issues only take a minute to notice and clean.
