Need better training for employees on how to handle returns or rentals when the system is down. The staff really didn't seem to understand the paper form process; they couldn't even provide a receipt or copy of the form I had just signed. I was told I would receive an email return receipt as soon as the system came back up, but didn't get one until I called them 24 hours later to inquire again..JOHN M.

Be little more detailed about pick up informations. I made plans to pick up in lynnwood WA but a rep called me to say it's wasn't coming to that location it's going to Clinton bc they didn't want to cross the ferry. If I knew about the rates to go over it twice then I probably would had made other plans.anthony M.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MOVING. I personally moved 17 times in 24 years with the military both on my own and with the government and U-Haul did nothing but steer me wrong. From the reservation a month out to being over charged in the end. In an attempt to rectify the problem to another run around saga. Oh wait we will open up a 72 hour investigation although it took you 10 seconds to over charge me...how convenient. Sent to a 5 hour pick up to finding out availability was 10 miles down the road and no one seemed to care. U-HAUL SUCKS to put it polity. NEVER AGAIN!!!KELLY S.

The only issue I had was I used the same size truck and car carrier to move fathom McCall Idaho. To Freeland Wa. With the same mileage distance and it cost me$600.00 dollars. I used the exact same size size truck and car carrier 4 1/2 months later to go to Boise I'd. with the same driving distance and they charged me $1,200. Ask why and the answer I received from your HG in Az. was it was at the end of our busy season--Really!! What kind of response is that. ?????jerry T.

The drop-off location was required because the staff at the pick-up location would not return calls or come to the location to help un-hook the trailer. After a 2 hour wait, and several calls to the emergency number I was finally told to go to the new location to get help. I injured my back trying to un-hook the trailer myself and was not able to turn around easily to put the trailer in an appropriate location. got little help from the staff there. They were not responsible for the initial lack of help and my injury precluded me from being very accommodating.Stephen B.
