Great experience. Trailer was available and refurbished with new chains, great tires, and a new strap system. The UHaul employee was helpful and got me going quick.

Nothing - the service was great and the guys were super helpful
DERALD LI started with my rental at a Lynnwood facilities and I was going to rent the truck for two days. Then my plans got changed. I called them in Lynnwood to have it changed to a one-way and drop off in Clinton. I was very surprised at how expensive it is to do that and also when I called to check on everything yesterday, I was told that they didn’t have a 15 foot truck in that I’d have to go to this other place on Elgin Way in Everett and they said it’s only 8 miles different and that they didn’t open till 10 o’clock. I needed it at 9 o’clock. I had friends coming to help me so this was quite inconsiderate and I just don’t understand why it’s so expensive to just go one way and drop it. I drove less than 40 miles total. It’s ridiculous so not really sure. Just really upset that I had to pay so much just to move.
