The man working at this location was the rudest customer service I have ever experienced on Whidbey Island. My reservation was for 9am, so I arrived at 8:55am. I walked into the store, which was lit with a person inside and unlocked door. When I entered, he didn't look up or acknowledge me whatsoever. I stood there a moment, and without looking at me he said "is there something you need?" I said "Yes, I have a reservation for 9am for a 15' truck." He said "and what time is it now?" And I said, "8:55." He said "we aren't open yet." It was insane. I almost left, but I needed the truck. I will be letting all of my folks on the island know to go elsewhere.

Kevin SI don't have any improvement suggestions. I have multiple locations I could rent from but always use this specific location because they are efficient in getting you checked in and out with your rental and always pleasant in their interactions.
