I was promised and charged a trailer to carry a Ford F150 in the Valencia area. The night before I got an email to change pick up location to Castaic area. When I loaded the truck, half of the back tire was sticking out of trailer. I thought that was normal until I dropped the trailer in San Rafael. The people in San Rafael UHAUL told me the UHAUL in Castaic gave me the wrong trailer. This put my family and I in danger.

When a customer reserves an appliance dolly, it should be available. The customer should not be told when they arrive to pick up the truck and the dolly that there is not any available.
