I rented a dirty truck, both inside of cab and exterior of truck. Manager said "don't worry about it" I'll take care of it when.you return truck. Upon reading my final receipt THEY CHARGED ME A 15.00 CLEANING FEE!!! Sorry outfit! I was in a bind for a truck this size which is why I even rented it. I won't go back here again.Michael W.

We dropped off the truck 2 hours early, and since there was no one inside, we gave the keys to someone working on a vehicle in the front bay. Our contract says 120 miles, but they sent me an email that I am waiting to hear back about billing me for 37 miles over the 34 I was supposed to take the vehicle. I sent them a copy of my contract stating 120 miles, but haven't heard back yet. The $16 isn't going to break me, but I took that location as the drop off to save money, not to spend more. Parking was difficult in the U-haul truck.Heather L.

This location lacked indoor facility to keep some moving materials out of the weather. This time I only needed an appliance hand truck which was located outside and was not clean. I cant testify to any other equipment but the facility was not in the best of condition. Cleanliness counts.james C.

The trailer was older and really should be overhauled, not the locations fault. They were so helpful switching me from a smaller trailer to a larger trailer. Normally I don't visit a service station vice an actual UHaul store, but was very pleased.Dawn I.
I was unaware that the location for the trailer pick-up could change, and I was given very little notice that I would have to travel a much longer distance to get it. You need to make it much clearer in your literature that the location a person reserves for trailer or truck pick-up may change significantly. That part of the experience was extremely unpleasant, and casts a shadow over the rest of the experience which was outstanding. I can't say enough good about the personnel involved - very professional and pleasant to deal with.Ray M.

I have rented from UHaul numerous times before and the process is typically long and convoluted - not the case here - it was literally the easiest thing I did all week! I reserved a regular $7.00 dolly with the moving truck online and confirmed it over the phone. When I went to pick the truck and dolly up I was told they had no regular dollies just appliance dollies. It did not bother me having to take the larger dolly, but it did bother me having to pay the higher price when I reserved the lesser and really did not need the larger.Jerry M.
I'm upset because I was sent to a location that tripled the mileage I had to put on this. Rather than it being within a 10 mile radius, it was over 30+ miles - because I was sent to a location in Middleburg! The truck was rickety and the oil change/engine light was on. I am not happy with the Uhaul company. I went to go and do a pick up after hours and the website or the customer service was NOT very helpful at all. Would not let me get pass the live verification. I would like to be refunded for the time that I have lost because of this issue. I had lost a whole day if moving because of it. I am even debating on using the company again because of the problem that I had. Hopefully someone will do something about this.charless J.
