Brian DTruck made very weird sounds! Jennifer was very nice! Another girl was so rude over the phone twice and accused me of not leaving the keys in the lockbox when we left them in the key slot and she checked the wrong box. Didn’t call to apologize after yelling at me over voicemail at 8 am after I moved the whole day before and was exhausted and super sick. Terrible etiquette and didn’t even apologize. I would never recommend that location for anything!!

Ricky BThere is no room to maneuver equipment at this location. Very tight storage u it with cars parked in the already narrow lanes. Equipment was very good - much better than typical uhaul equipment. Staff was excellent and very nice.

Malcolm BCustomer service person at dealer quoted me one price for mileage but I was charged something different. I called her and she remembered that she had quoted me differently than what I was charged but she said she could do nothing about it and told me to call UHAUL.

My husband and I both agreed how much more of a pleasant experience she made this than the last person we rented a Uhaul from, 2 years ago. Gregory TDo not plan to move on a Sunday when they are closed and you need to use the mobile checkin. I had barely any service in the area and it took me almost 45 minutes trying to get the app to work so I could leave.

Paul RWas given a U-Haul with a lock that had the wrong code. Was in 40 degree weather 9:30 at night trying to get in and took an hour to get a representative to help. And I still got charged for 3 hours not 4 which is what I paid for.

My car did not fit on this car dolly so I rented it for no reason and I asked for my money back the girl told me she had to speak to her regional manager, and that she would call me within an hour and I never received a call back.
Marc A24/7 check out truck, did not work, had to call support line. Managed to get truck after 30-45 mins delay. 24/7 check in truck, did not work. It timed out and did not provide confirmation and receipt. I took the time to go to the office and hand in the keys, They said they would take care of it. After all this, I had filled the truck with gas, I thought to where it was when I received it. I was charged for not one, but 2 gallons of gas. Wasted 1 hour of my time messing about with check in, then get charged for gas. Not a good experience.

Kelli EWell the service conceptually was fine. I find bait and switch situations deplorable and will preach on high the depravity and/or deception experienced. I am more offended by someone who will screw you out of $20 than $2000. The charges would have been fine had they been identified or discussed. Enjoy the $20, I will do my utmost to make sure I am able to make that the most costly $20 you ever cheated someone out of. You are a miserable waste of space. You have you until Monday August 14, 2023 if you would like discuss your choices. After that I will take to the interwebs and make a hobby posting in my free time. If you would like to test my resolve to my pettiness when I think this little of someone… test it. I’ll put a 4x8 sign in the back of my truck and drive up and down the street. I think the practice of sneaking in charges should be treated as severely as robbery. You’re a criminal. $20 hope you enjoy it.
