I would highly recommend you all instruct the owner of this location to train their employee (lady in the office) to keep her personal judgement skills at home when she come to work. I was highly annoyed by her suggesting I would run off with their truck. She even went as far as tell me she wanted a personal reference she had no plans of calling just to ensure she would get her truck back. She tried to use fear tactics explaining how another customer took off with their truck and now has a felony because she now owes them $6k. There was also another customer standing with me who said "I'm just here to rent a truck to move". I will never go to this location again, I was just there to rent a truck for couple hours to move. To be treated like a thief was ridiculous. I originally plan to check out the truck using my mobile device, I now know why she asked me to come into the office so she can accuse me of planning to steal their truck. Some people are just plain ignorant and unprofessional and should never be trusted to interact with customers. One BAD apple will soil the entire batch. She is definitely the face of this location and it left me with a very ugly impression.

Michael BThe trailer was dirty and also seem to be leaking from the corners. When I opened the trailer ramp. It was very steamy and smell really nasty because there was water in trapped in there because the trailer leaks.
Jorge BAmazing service from the moment I was there to pick up to return. She went over all the app things required, how to fill the vehicle by the graph of what is used, without any question I would use them again.
MATTHEW MAlthough the All Purpose Storage staff did a great job, the online system with Uhaul was very slow and it took almost an hour to get checked in for the trailer rental. The staff did not go into detail about why the software was running so slow; however, I recommend that the Uhaul team get with the All Purpose Storage team to help determine what can be done to improve the speed of the online process moving forward.

Joey Deverything was excellent from the reservation process on-line to picking up the equipment to returning the equipment very pleased even though I was not able to take advantage of the mobile check-in process due to site outage on Saturday May 2. at around 11 AM CST. The person who worked the check-in was great.

Julia AAbsolutely Amazing. Very helpful and patient. I had a great experience with U-Haul. The team was professional, efficient, and made the entire process really easy from start to finish. Everything was ready on time, the equipment was in excellent condition, and they took the time to answer my questions without rushing me.
Amanda EI rent trailers several times a year from this location. They always have a trailer available, even at spur of the moment. Their pickup and drop-off processes are very quick. I will continue to use them whenever I need to rent a trailer or van.

ROY MI had to remove the dolly to get the furniture into the truck and I was charged for it. That’s the most absurd thing ever. I was forced to remove it from its location because it blocks part of the storage area abd you charge me for it. Seems kinda shady. Don’t put them in there blocking the path.

DARRIN WThe unit I rented was supposed to have a ramp to trailer a golf cart. It DID NOT. I had no choice but to take a smaller trailer with a ramp, thus the trip was not one that could be made in one day which was what I intended. I was unable to take other items which would have been possible with the size I originally ordered. The whole experience was AWFUL!

DAVID DTruck was on empty when picked up and dirty in the back with dirt and plant debris and a few unfolded blankets. I had to sweep it out myself before we could use it. Cab had lots of dirt on the floor and paper wrapper behind seat and spills in the cup holders. We brought it back with 1/4 tank of gas and were told they would take care of us when we told them about the condition of the vehicle and we were still charged for everything including 25 miles of travel. Very disappointed.
