The truck was awful to drive. Way out of alignment, has a very hard time picking up a safe speed. Even empty it didn’t have any. This truck needs to better maintained.

Carolyn MIf a customer rents it 24 hours as a rental as advertised and then you charge them for an extra day after 22 hours which was what happened to me and also when I purchased the rental to representative added up the amount of miles that I would need for what I was going to do on a one way trip and so I paid at pickup the extra then when I dropped it off being charged for extra mileage after all that was supposed to be taken care of at the rental . I'm not happy and I wouldn't refer you all to anyone . I feel taken advantage of and I didn't give you permission to to take it out of my debit account . The lady at the drop off was real unprofessional and it was the worst experience I've ever had in my life .

Not just to rent a truck for a day or so!!! It was like get something for a lifetime!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that close to this area!!! jOB WELL DONE!! It was customer service at its best, they treated me like they LOVED their job and it wasn’t just a job to them it was truly something they love!!!!!

Tracey FI was stuck on the side of the highway with a broken trailer axle on my jet ski. The guy came and picked me up to bring back to the u haul place and helped me rent a box truck big enough to fit it in the back. He was a life saver that day and I was 4 hours away from home. Definitely will use him again if in the area and need to rent one.

JUSTIN MExcellent customer service. Ron took the time to explain everything in detail. Also he took the time to show us different size trucks as we weren't sure what we needed. We were going on an 8 hour moving trip and Ron called me to see how we were doing and if everything was okay. I would highly recommend this company for uhaul rental. We had a wonderful experience.
