The person in charge was very friendly, reassuring if a problem arises they would try working with us regarding drop off. He demonstrated the operation and hook up of dolly, giving pointers, and making sure everything was in working condition, and even lubricated the tie down ratchets for easy usage. I have spent over $2,000 on U-Haul rentals since Dec. 2020 and I have nothing but good things to say about David from All Service Citgo whose customer service goes above and beyond. That said, when I reserve a truck online and the reservation is confirmed to be picked up at All Service Citgo and a receive another reply from U-haul, a few hours or the next day later, that my pick-up location is different and over an hour's drive away - That is VERY disappointing and terrible customer service on U-haul HQ's part. This has happened on more that one occasion. I also think that U-haul should offer some kind of perk or rewards program for frequent renters.Todd C.

I waited a half hour for the paperwork to be processed because this location does not provide the 24/7 mobile app as advertised. It took half as long to get the van as I needed to use it. The location also has a sign saying masks are required but only one person in the shop had one. There are other options in town, I don't recommend using this one.Seamus D.

Experience was just fine. This is the 2nd time that I have rented a 5 x 8 trailer for a trip from NY to WI and the only comment I have is that there needs to be more options for utilizing ratchet straps higher within the trailer. Currently - the only option for hooking up a strap is by use of the rings attached on the bottom, but having a higher rings within the trailer would be very helpful!Debra K.

Use the driveway just before the green truck (shop sign). Follow the driveway back to the brick building. The office is located there. The friendly staff can help you from there. Everyone was very helpful and ensured that I was setup correctly and safely.Gregory K.

Absolutely nothing to improve! The whole staff, in particular David, were exceptional. I honestly have never seen anything like it. David went WELL out of his way to help us find movers when most of our help was unable to assist us. David worked on this all dayto include calling family memebers to get leads and ended up working after hours to meet up with the lady returning the truck I'd be using to find out who she used! That put me in touch with Shane at Courteous Moving labor at around 8:30 pm and he and Sammy were at my Aunt's in Pownal the next day at 1 pm. David is a hero and Courteous Movers is first rate!!Roy L.
They had my reservation Totally messed up on my truck through the main site not the local site. They had the time and pick up wrong they had the length of the truck wrong I actually had to argue the fact that I had a confirmation two half weeks prior. I have to give credit to their local office on river street they went above and beyond to get my truck size and the time I needed itBarb H.

I did not like how I reserved one size trailer and they gave me a different one and then had to charge me more than what I was quoted. They did not ask me if it was okay to trade the trailer or if I wanted the trade. I wanted the smaller one but when I questioned it they just said that's all they had but when I reserved it the confirmation said they had the smaller one. They people were nice, but I did not want to pay the higher price.Nicole B.

The location is actually 212 Lincoln St, and there is no visible sign for this location that says All Service Citgo, just a couple of trucks parked where it looks like someone's yard. I parked right next to someone's garden. Drove past it the first time before I realized that was the location. I knew it was All Service Citgo as the trucks behind the fence were labeled with that name.Brett W.

Everything went flawlessly. The trailer worked with no problems at all. My concern was not with the pickup location, but with the high cost. I pulled a 4x8 Uhaul trailer to Vermont last May for $104. Taking a similar trailer back to North Carolina this week cost me $348. Too much disparity in the cost..Stephen C.
