Joseph KU-Haul location did not check in my rental when I returned it and charged me an additional day when I had returned the rental early. I have not received a refund for the overcharge by your company.
Robert KNo improvements noted. Taking pictures of truck itself before you drive away seemed a bit redundant but I guess it’s a useful feature to make sure it comes back in the same condition that it left.

Stan MAlmost confrontational attitude by the staff and dismissive, if not agitiated by any questions. The most pertinent being the fuel level of the vehicle when first rented, which was basically empty, which made it very difficult to return at the same level. The staff estimated what they thought the level of the gage by the needle showing somewhere in between empty and a quarter of a tank and wanted to ensure it was returned at that subjective approach versus the clear digital indicators of miles left before empty. The staff could not comprehend the more conclusive concept. When I rented the car the digital reading showed 25 miles until empty and when I returned it, it was at 37 miles left till empty. Ths staff was adament that I owed gas, and that somehow the miles remaining was more a indicator of how I drove.

Frances AMy previous reservation was not with Horizon Ridge U-Haul. I live all the way across town in North Las Vegas. The Decatur U-Haul was where I originally booked for travel Motorcycle trailer when I got there to the Decatur store they did not have my trailer for out of town. They had more than several trailers, but they were all local. I waited there for over two hours and did not leave with a trailer. I was scheduled to leave early that morning with my trailer and could not make my business meeting or business deal. I had waiting for me in the Bay Area. I missed out on money and I’m seeking on a full refund of the trailer. I had to wake up and go to the Horizon Ridge U-Haul Way in Henderson then I had to go back all the way to North Las Vegas and pick up my motorcycle and then head out of town. I did not get to the Bay Area till 10 o’clock that night and miss all. I would appreciate if U-Haul would reach out to me with a full refund $150 is not good enough. This is poor business etiquette on U-Haul not having the equipment I need and signed up for but having the same equipment sitting on a lot that cannot travel at least over 10 trailers sitting there not being used utterly ridiculous.I will be calling first thing Monday morning expecting some answers. I need to talk to somebody. I am outraged missed all my business deals once again. You can look at my account and see the amount of money I’ve spent with you guys. I’m very unhappy. and I need a survey for the Decatur store that’s the store that I’m unhappy with and did not have the equipment. I need so filling out this survey is not a reflection of my unhappiness. This survey is for the Henderson location. They were just fine.

RICARDO DWhoever it was who helped my mother and I get our trailer, wasn’t professional. She made comments based off of us rescheduling our pick up a couple times because we had problems with our movers. Which, by the way, was none of her business but she made it her business and made us feel guilty for it. Then when paying she waved our card in our face while explaining the process to us. Overall, she made our experience poor. The gentleman who helped put the trailer on our car was amazing. He was very kind and sweet, and very helpful.
