VALENTINA AThe customer service at this location is always A+. The truck was clean and ran well - from the outside the box portion looked like it had been dinged and banged up by a novice driver - sort of humorous actually as we’ve never seen one so beat up. But we get it it didn’t deter from the service or our ability to get our own garage move done
JANIE GHi I rented a cargo trailer and the lights were not working properly at the Henderson NV location they sent me to Las Vegas. I cannot believe how big U Haul is and does not have fuses in stock and did not have a fuse for the trailer. I really would appreciate a refund because they put me so behind on my travel time and had to get a hotel and stay another night. I want to put this out there because they said there jobs were on the line and I was promised that it would be corrected in La Vegas
