Almost confrontational attitude by the staff and dismissive, if not agitiated by any questions. The most pertinent being the fuel level of the vehicle when first rented, which was basically empty, which made it very difficult to return at the same level. The staff estimated what they thought the level of the gage by the needle showing somewhere in between empty and a quarter of a tank and wanted to ensure it was returned at that subjective approach versus the clear digital indicators of miles left before empty. The staff could not comprehend the more conclusive concept. When I rented the car the digital reading showed 25 miles until empty and when I returned it, it was at 37 miles left till empty. Ths staff was adament that I owed gas, and that somehow the miles remaining was more a indicator of how I drove.
