How U-Haul Reviews WorkLike I said the return location was very confusing on where to go

Raydell MIt's a small parking lot but my after-hours return went easily. There was an available space and the drop box was easy to find. The app glitched out on me and didn’t prompt me for any photos, but everything was fine.
Christoph EThe lock had previously been improperly hung on the handle with the chain wrapped around it making it impossible to remove. We could not secure our items and were forced to empty and return the truck at 7:11pm taking 12 hours away from our move. I have video of the issue. Locking the back of the truck is a crucial factor when moving. I would appreciate someone contacting me about this. Not providing crucial equipment is a failure to render services.
