ALEJANDRO PMy only complaint would be that I forgot my phone at home and they wouldn’t just scan or check my drivers license. They said they had to send it through a text or email. Luckily my brother was with me and they sent it to him otherwise I would have had to go home to get it.

PAMELA IThe "Check in" procedure for the 24/7 program is incredibly difficult to use. And the way the app or program works.If you go back, it deletes everything and you have to start all over again. I spent about 45 minutes there and wasn't able to get anything done until I made a phone call and got assistance from somebody on the phone. The 24/7 program SUCKS, ESPECIALLY FOR AN EIGHTY ONE YEAR OLD.
