Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the guy who helped me on 09/04/2024 at 1:00 p.m. but he was super helpful and made the process very easy and fast. People like him should provide services in other businesses and teach how to be efficient! I really appreciate his help. (Same review on google maps)

david mI rented a 15' truck in order to have the ramp. I was moving heavy cases on rollers for a conference and was doing the loading and unloading myself. I made a reservation, paid and the truck was pulled up front for me. The agent then informed me that they were having trouble releasing the truck from a HOLD in the reservation system. The agent made several calls to UHAUL support to trouble shoot the issue. After 30min or so, I was informed that the technical issue was not going to be resolved and I could either leave or rent a van. I ended up renting the van but it caused me major headaches for the next two days loading and unloading cases with expensive gear solo without a ramp. As the customer, it seems ridiculous that one could have a reservation, complete all the paperwork, pay, see the truck that was rented, and not be able to take it off the lot for a simple technical reason. The office team was very nice and did the best they could to help but it seemed like the UHAUL rules tied their hands.

Joseph LThe person who attended to me was wonderful, I have no complaints about him, why I am not going to recommend Uhaul over all, is because I was charged $30 on top of the gas that the truck needed, first I paid for the truck for 24 hours, and I was rushed to leave it that afternoon due to someone needing it the next day. My problem is that a $30 charge for “putting gas” on top of the gallons it needed (The truck didn’t have much gas when I received it), it’s absolutely ridiculous when I only paid $29 for the truck itself, that is horrible for a single Mom who moved by herself and is trying to save as much money as possible. I got charged $155 total, which is absurd and I will be disputing the $30 charge with the bank, and will not recommend Uahul to my friends. Thank you.

Joseph LThe app added excessive delays for example with uploading pictures of the truck. We were also charged for an extra day without the option to dispute this.
erik PIt wasn't the location that I signed up with to deliver after hours, the app. sent us there, the manger or owner, came out after, we were working with the app. for at least 20 minutes. We were parking the truck as directed and as we were taking the keys to the drop off box, he came out, very upset, I believe he was watching us from an outside camera, the app, kept shutting me out. It was almost 11:00 pm, we were tired, he didn't need to be so rude.

Rex WTerrible customer service. Spoke to the girl in front to keep the truck a few days longer. She charged my card. Then had the uhaul security call me to threaten me and demand I being the the truck back. Called the uhaul place directly to ask why I'm being threatened when I've paid and they have been charging my card, to be scolled by the owner that I need to better communicate, and bring the truck back as directed. I explained I did communicate with the girl in the front and he just shut down what I was explaining to him, told him I would show him all the charges on my card from uhaul and that I spoke to the girl up front and he was not trying to hear it. 100% would never recommend.
