Information that was provided this morning was very helpful for the next time if we rent a U-Haul. It was our first time renting a U-Haul. We did not feel comfortable leaving the U-Haul our side the gate at the drop off location because we thought we would be responsible for it but other than that it was good.Debbie L.

I scheduled to drop off truck in Roseboro NC, when i made the reservation no one told me I had to drive all the way to Clinton to drop off. Bullshit. The place was closed and no one was there. Left the truck on the side of the road cause all gates were locked and dropped keys in box. Total bullshit. I will be call Penseke next time.Aaron H.

The lady running the counter was very nice, but the Uhaul website was giving her a problem. She had to call her regional manager for assistance, and between the two of them it took 45 minutes. I was the only customer. It seems that Uhaul would have better communications. Uhaul didn't have a truck close to me, and didn't let me know until the last minute. I had to drive 30 miles extra to pick up my truck. Uhaul then tried to charge me 85.00 more for the truck plus milage because it was a one way instead of a round trip rental. I had to talk to 5 different people for over 2 hours to get the price back to what they had originally promised me. This was unfair and a stressful time to play bait and switch. Shame on you Uhaul.henry G.
The location was great, but some one in the U-HAUL organization decided to move my reservation to another location across town,which resulted in me being delayed in starting my move. Again the staff at All Storage went over and above to make an unpleasant situation very bearable.TIMOTHY B.

We had a tire blow out in route to norfolk va in rocky mt nc. And another one one the same side in horrible condition per the manager in norfolk uhaul location . As a result from the blow out the second car passengers were scared and stressed .what worst is noone Came to assist in repairs of truck. the customer ended up in Intensive care unit as a result of the scare ,stress abandonment on side of the road. It was the worst situation ive evr had with uhaul. I never got a call from anyone to report my grievences even though I was promised a call back.ill never use this company for a move again at least not the clinton nc location.MICHELLE S.

Was suppose to drop off truck at Rosebrro NC because they ask me to drop it off there.Drove way out of my way to leave it there and when arrived was told couldnt leave it there and was talked to like a dog!!!!. I will NEVER USE U-haul again .Ihave to drive to Clinton NC to turn it in then pay someone to come there to pick me up.CARL M.

They closed early on Friday, I had to drop the truck off and find the drop box, after that they did not notify U-Haul I had dropped the truck off on Friday, I received a call late Saturday asking me if I still had the equipment. It makes me nervous about dropping equipment there so I do not get over charged I also pick up the truck with less than a 1/4 tank of gas I was sent some type of agreement today showing a full take, I will not be really happy if I am charged for fill in up a truck that did not have but a 1/4 tank of gas when I picked it up. Per the instructions from the pick point I fill the tank to where it was when I picked it up.JOHN C.

First u-haul place I visited was on HWY 24 in Clinton, NC. I walked out because they were rude. I went over to the one on HWY 421 in Clinton and everything worked out fine. The on on HWY 24 does not represent your business very well at all. Robert P. Baker (910) 340-0849 Clinton NCRobert B.

Don't understand why I should get charged 29.99 for intown rates along with .89 cent per mile. Long distance yes , but in another state I was only charged the flat rate plus put gas back in it. This seems ridiculous.Almeta F.
