There was nobody at there desk. Had to wait for them to get there. They didn't come and detach the piece. They just told me to drop it. The grass i put the trailer in, I didn't realize, was full of red biting ants. I drove off and not even 2 mile down the road realized I was infested with ants on my shoes, in my vehicle, and running up my pant legs. I had to get out, strip down to my underwear and shake all ants out of my pants and shoes. I had to also p I ll my car mats out and kill the ants that had crawled throughout the front of my vehicle. What an awful experience. The manager should have had me drop off on the pavement and not in the grass. They need to spray the area if they are going to have people drop off at the location.

Pick up site attached to motel/inn and was easy to access. Operator had to check records for my pick up and was not expecting me at all. No issues with pick up.
