The guy who runs this location was very helpful, i had to change from the location in Wallace north carolina. When i went to the Wallace location, I came to pick up my truck and car transport at 1030. No one was there. There weren't signs on any of the doors telling you where the office was. I ended up walking into a beauty parlor, then a day care. The lady running this location wasn't there and even said she was gone all the time and did her transactions over the phone. She didn't have the car transport or equipment that I had reserved. I drove an hour to get there. She had an attitude, was very rude, and kept cutting me off. She was completely useless in helping me. I had to call corporate and change my location to Warsaw. Well worth the extra drive to Warsaw.Joshua D.

To improve uhaul someone can actually put the drop off location on the contract so i can actually know where to drop it off at instead of just the city where i'm dropping it off at. Because at first since the drop off location was just the city i live in i drove to the nearest uhaul place to drop it off, then proceeded to try and do the online drop off which then told me to drive on the other side of my city. To try and see if the nearest uhaul was fine to drop it off at I tried calling customer service but after waiting 45 minutes on hold i then had to drive to the other side of my city at midnight. I hope using uhaul isn't always like this because this experience was complete garbage. Fuck u uhauldustin A.

I would not recommend uhaul!!!! VERY unhappy, was told they reserved one about 5 miles from us that evening before pick up they called us that they moved it to pick up 40 miles away, told us mileage would be .35 charged us .99 was late having it ready pick up was at 9am truck was ready at 10am so had to wait! I highly recommend Ryder or Penske for your moving needs!!!William G.
Uhaul's traffic dept, really messed up my reservation. Luckily the independent folks at the origination and drop-off truly helped out and overlooked the errors the traffic dept did to my reservationROBERT M.

See notes on my rental. Truck not ready after making reservations 4 days prior. Had to go to a 26vft truck after requesting 15 ft trucck. Had to drive 50 miles out of my way to Warsaw to pickup. It was not at a uhaul center but a prostituteinfested/drug infested motel with needles all over the area. Had to get a officer escort to this area because it was unsafe for 2 females.. you should be ashamed to ask anyone to pickup at this location. I will never use your service again..LYNN N.

The manager of this place was very rude and was cursing. He said I hadn't paid for the truck yet in which I showed him proof of my reservation and payment. He then said he didn't have my registration in his system. When I told him I wasn't going to tolerate his attitude he made the comment "I don't have to rent you this truck." Very unprofessional and uncoordinated. I was in this office 30-45 minutes trying to get things worked out. Which in turn made me late to an appointment that I had and set me back the rest of the day. I would like some sort of refund for this unpleasant experience.Blake D.

One taillight had been knocked off at some time and it was just sitting on the fender with a screw dropped into on of the holes to keep it in place, didn't make it two miles to where I used it to load my vehicle. Reattached with zip ties..jack B.

I made reservations but when I got there I still had to wait approximately 30 minutes when I was the only one there. I also reserved a 20 footer and explained to the reservationist my needs, but when I got there I was only able to get a 15 footer when seriously delayed and complicated my pick-up of materials for COVID-19 victims.robert M.

Improve The Warsaw Inn on their Sanitation Grade level of 80%. Been posted on front window for long time. With the COVID-19 virus, it is even more important to have a better rating for the many people who stay at the Inn & UHaul Rentals that go into the front office for pickup & return. The owners of the Inn are nice, but the overall health report Grade 80% is just unacceptable.Linda F.
Representative would not come out to very trailer was returned in great shape. Would not give any type of paperwork indicating it was returned. Her only was concern (asked Many times) if we put gas in the TRAILER. We explained it is a trailer, it does not use gas. She kept asking if we filled the gas tank. The return was frighten to me, because I didn't think I could remove the vehicle from the transporter. However, the location owner went beyond to support dismounting and disassemble of the transporter. I did not have to touch nor participate in the breakdown. Again, very professional support. Most people have phones that require a usb charging port! You have 1/8th music in connection... but no usb port for charging! For long trips people use a map app like I did yesterday... luckily I didn't travel but 2 hours! Thank you for helping with my move! Jerry HatfieldJerry H.

I didnt inspect the truck prior to getting home. Once the rear door was opened, I found the aluminum plate above the fuel tank/sending unit to be unriveted/broken and leaving a gapping hole. This truck shouldve never been rented to anyone.thomas S.

I had dropped the trailer off at a location that had just survived a hurricane 3 weeks earlier so I have to take that into consideration.Angie V.
Upon arrival to drop off trailer owner did literally nothing. Didn't even take my name or info off trailer. Just said Park it in grass. I ended up having to try and unhook trailer alone in the middle of a yard. The hotel that this is located at was hands down the nastiest place I've ever been for a hotel. I am typically not a picky person but this place was highly unacceptable.Jamie C.
Well, I set up my reservation for a 26' truck with an auto transport at Grand Rental Station in Clinton, NC. I was scheduled to pick up the truck at 9 am on the 5th. I called the afternoon of the 4th and asked if my truck would be there in the morning because I did not see it on their yard that evening? They told me that i would have to drive to pick up the truck where ever it was, TBA they would let me know as soon as it was located. The call came in saying My truck was at the Warsaw Inn in Warsaw,NC 33 miles from me and that I could pick it up there at 9 as reserved, however, I received a call from U-haul Dispatch in Florida telling me that my truck would not be there until 11:00 am because the previous renter needed it longer. So when I got there at 11, I got the truck and auto transport and left to start Loading (This put me behind a day on my departure).As for the truck, There was cigarette ashes all over the dash, floor and door pockets, the AC worked but the blower (fan)did not. It gradually cooled going down the road. Glad it was not July @ 105 degrees oh and before I set out on my trip, I checked the oil and it was (1/2) low between the marks.May be due an oil change soon. Anyway overall it got me there. My Question is, are these U-Haul rental locations responsible for checking the equipment before it goes back out? I will say, that they did compensate me for the pickup delay with an extra day and extra mileage and the attendants were very nice.DENNIS L.

This location in my home town was not clean the staff did not no what they were doing. The charge $429.00 to my card that they should have not charged. They could not locate the documents to show why they charge my card and I had to call the corporate office to have a refund. I will play extra milage not to use this location again.
